Carver Support Service

The full Carver support is always provided with a Carver website and includes:

• e-mail and telephone access to Prospatek and Britnett for any assistance you may need with your website - including help with updates
• website hosting
• right to use the Carver content management software to update the website
• immediate benefits of each software release within the current Carver version.

If you need refresher training or a substantial re-work or re-design of your web site by Prospatek, this is outside the scope of the support service and available from Prospatek for an additional charge.

When sold as a Carver starter pack, the support service excludes access to update the website.

SEO Support Services

BizSub and WebOptimise search engine optimisation and web marketing packages both require regular work to attain and maintain the required search engine result positions. Prospatek e-mail and telephone support is provided with these services.

Website Support Services

Prospatek is able to provide assistance with the maintenance and update of other small business websites. This is generally where a customer has a fairly simple information website that needs an update.
