Prospatek Project Approach

Designing and development of a website requires control and dedication. The methods we use will keep it simple and easy to complete the project in a realistic timescale.

• A business consultation is carried out at the initial customer meeting, where objectives for a website are agreed with you.
• When the order is placed for a new website, a to-do list (project plan) is put together which lists the tasks to be done, says who is responsible and by when.
• The to-do list is tailored to each customer, using information from the business consultation.

Included in the plan are all aspects of the project: securing and management of domain names, setting up e-mail addresses, photography, defining any additional contact forms or bespoke functions, sourcing logos in suitable formats, gathering information, branding and overall design.

Website Configuration

The basic website is set up by Britnett. The core pages and style is configured by Prospatek in discussion with you, to include your existing branding and image. Depending on the package purchased, we then set up web pages with information you supply, or we set the website for further information and products to be added later.

Prospatek Carver training

On site training is provided by Prospatek in the use and operation of your Carver website. This takes between 2 hours for smaller websites, to 4 hours with the full shopping cart enabled.

Search Engine Optimisation

Our search engine optimisation services require analysis of your business to determine how visitors to your site might look for you. This analysis is part of the order process with Prospatek, during which full details of the service will be explained. It can take months for results to be visible, so the initial work is important. Changes to your website home page are normally required.

Should your circumstances and website content change, we will make sure that your site is re-optimised. You will need to provide any new search words and phrases to Prospatek that you want to be indexed by.
