Animated banners and images

Javascript technology can be used to add motion such as fading or sliding images, an example is the home page of this website.

Flash technology adds motion and interest to a website, if applied appropriately. See an example at dgl-ilkley, and on a number of pages at the Bedroom Store. More complex banners can be built for a very reasonable price, see www.zealise.com. Flash components will not be seen on some mobile devices.

An animated gif image is not as smooth as a flash image but can be effective. An example animated gif can be seen at www.pendlecyclespadiham.co.uk,in the banner. A very functional use of animated gifs can be seen at www.earbydoorservices.net, on each of the pages that describe garage doors.

Bespoke Forms

The standard Carver contact form is suitable for most websites. If specific information is required, a form can be custom built to collect it. The form will e-mail the information in a similar way to the standard Carver form. See examples of live bespoke forms at Complete Care Services contact page.

For non-Carver websites, we can custom build a form to work in a similar way.

Photography

A well laid out website can be let down by poor photography, especially if images of products for sale on the website are poor. For most websites, photographs of the business environment are required, with a few good photos of example products.

Prospatek has provided photography services to a number of clients. Moe importantly we help you to take better photos, to enable you to regularly add images to the website yourself. This can be crucial where products change on a daily basis.

360 Panorama Photography (Virtual Tour)

A 360 panorama is an excellent way to show off your business premises, and give your website user the opportunity to navigate the image.

Photopanorama is a 360 degree image created in Flash or Quicktime, then added to your website. The effects are excellent, especially where it is difficult to create an overall impression with a single shot photo.

Financial Calculators

Prospatek has developed a number of calculators that take information and present results to the user. These are integrated into the Carver system, so that style changes are reflected in the calculators. We have built: Investment calculators pack, Mortgage calculators pack, Conveyancing calculator

There is an installation charge, and a monthly support and licence charge for the calculator packs.
